Well I made it to Esperance for Easter after all, although since it was a family holiday, most of the shots I took were family pics since I thought it would be rude to subject everyone to my irritating desire for pulling over every 10 minutes to take a photo of a random tree/sheep/cloud/whatever (especially irritating on an already 8 hour drive).
It was great to see Mum again, and my Sister's kids, even if it was only for a couple of days. Bloody tired now though!
Back to work today and research to do tonight so this will only be a short journal. I have done the doting auntie thing again though and put one new photo up.

Well it's 4 weeks back into uni and life is gradually returning to normal. Assignments are piling up already (I should be doing one right now as a matter of fact) and I no longer have much time to myself. I did finally get out and take some pictures but again, I was only moderately happy with them. I really should learn to use my camera properly one of these days. With some luck i'll be able to find a house/cat/bunny sitter so I can get down to Esperance for Easter and get some more good shots.
I'm still trying to get some good shots of my rabbits, they are so cute, but they move so fast and my camera is really slow

Well, the New Year has begun, the relatives have left, I quit my job and although there haven't been many photos lately, I fully intend on taking some more soon.

I know I promised lots of pics in the new year, and I swear I took heaps, but I lost almost all of them. Don't you hate when you're downloading your digital photos onto the computer and accidentally hit the wrong button....before I knew it and had a chance to stop it, all but 4 of my photos had been deleted. Needless to say I was VERY unhappy, and with noone to blame but myself ARGH!!!!
Anyhoo, it's an excuse to go back to the wildlife park I suppose.

I started a new job last week. Am loving the more sociable hours and lovely airconditioned office (as opposed the a hot noisy cafe) as well as the great pay and lack of pressure. I'm in the process of rediscovering my social life at the moment, but I really want to get out and take some more pics soon.

I guess that's all the interesting news. I know the family pics aren't anything amazing, but I couldn't resist the chance to be a doting Auntie!

Well I figured it was about time to write a journal entry, and what better time to start than New Years Day.

You may have already noticed that I don't rush things on here, it took me almost 6 months after I joined to get around to posting some photos. The problem now is that DA is so damn addictive, I spend all my time looking at pics rather than writing journals.

It's my birthday as well in 3 days (30 is looming ever closer ) and my best present will be that my family will be visiting. I don't get to see them very often and as well as my Mum and my brother, my little 18 month old neice will be staying with me, so expect to see pics soon of her and probably lots of animals as I plan to take her to the zoo and the wildlife park and maybe an aquarium too. She loves animals just like her Aunty.
